This notice includes the results of the bid evaluation and contract awards for the RFQ process for the Supply and installation (as required) of 23 asset packages following Framework Agreement-2 (FA/2) signed on September 09, 2022 under the Employment Support Project. Framework Agreement-2 for procurement of assets was signed with the following Bidders:
- Joint Venture of “Albenafsaj General Trading and Excellent Trade CJSC” (LOT 1, LOT 2, LOT 3, LOT 4)
- Joint Venture of “Endless Goods CJSC and Yasef LLC”(LOT1, LOT3, LOT4)
- “Az Nest” CJSC (LOT1, LOT 2, LOT 3, LOT 4)
- “Megamax” LLC (LOT 2)
- “Halal-P” LLC (LOT 2)
Awarded Bidders were invited to COC 2 on July 27, 2023. The opening date and time for COC-2 proposals were August 31, 2023, 15:00 Baku time. The red-out bid prices are as follows:

The Tender Committee evaluated the final prices and recommended the contracts to be signed. The notification of tender results was issued to the unsuccessful Bidders on November 15-17, 2023. The standstill period was applied from November 15 to November 22, 2023. No any complains/clarification requests were received. After expiry of standstill period the Letter of award to successful bidders were issued. As a result of COC-2 the following contracts were signed in November 23-24, 2023:
- Joint Venture of “Albenafsaj General Trading and Excellent Trade CJSC” (LOT 1 Partial) - Total cost including VAT – USD 4,467,584.43 (four million four hundred sixty-seven thousand five hundred eighty-four United States dollars and forty-three cents);
- Joint Venture of “Endless Goods CJSC and Yasef LLC” (LOT 1 Partial) - Total cost including VAT – USD 2,894,375.04 (two million eight hundred ninety-four thousand three hundred seventy-five United States dollars and four cents);
- “Megamax” LLC (LOT 2) - Total cost including VAT – USD 2,550,882.70 (two million five hundred fifty thousand eight hundred eighty-two United States dollars and seventy cents);
- Joint Venture of “Albenafsaj General Trading and Excellent Trade CJSC” (LOT 3) - Total cost including VAT – USD 9,447,845.82 (nine million four hundred forty-seven thousand eight hundred forty-five United States dollars and eighty-two cents);
- “Az Nest” CJSC (LOT 4) - Total cost including VAT – USD 12,381,249.42 (twelve million three hundred eighty-one thousand two hundred forty-nine United States dollars and forty-two cents).
Total cost of FA2 COC 2 including VAT is 31,741,937.40 (thirty-one million seven hundred forty-one thousand nine hundred thirty seven United States Dollar and forty cents).
